Just thought you guys would like to know a little about your newly adopted children in Iraq.

You're not our children, Steve, you're our brothers (and if you have any women in your outfit), our sisters. You have our gratitude and admiration for doing an important but unsexy job in an exemplary manner.

Wow, all you guys are on this morning (evening I guess for you guys). We actually have three females deployed with us. THey are very good at their job too. We dont even think of them as sisters, they are just "one of the guys", and roll right along with us.

I dunno... driving some tons of highly explosive liquid death on roads littered randomly with hotwired explosive devices... no... that doesn't strike me as fun.

You're doing stuff that matters, and there are many, many left back here that won't forget it. :-)
