No more gumbo here today. Thank goodness. I was sick all day yesterday. The gumbo didn't make me sick, but I won't be wanting some any time soon if you get my drift.

Well, I don't have the same reason.... but I'm not really wanting gumbo either.

I found some leftover Spanish rice in the freezer though and mixed it in with the gumbo so there is more substance there.

I will still go eat Mexican food with the neighbor when she gets home though if she wants too. Her mom said she's working till 9. I'll be hungry again by then! :-)
