Yah... Oh, I'm sure I'll be able to stay awake. But it's turning out that sitting there and *paying attention* is not as easy as it sounds. I sit there and suddenly realize that my mind wandered off while Mr. deadpan monotone witness was talking about... something... what did he just say? Ugh.

They will give you a transcript of everything if you ask for it when deliberations begin. That way if you miss something a witness says you will have the record.... unless there is something stricken from the record, which technically you aren't supposed to have heard anyway. (but, that might be the good stuff!)
