In order to settle the earlier questions about July tides.... I just got this result from here: www.saltwatertides.com

Does this settle it? Doesn't it conflict with what we found before? - I am sure you can figure out the timing for sure, and probably have a better source to check, but wouldn't this table suggest that the dock would be dry and there would be plenty of beach by around mid-morning?
