LOL Well, no...it's just that the warm water hopefully stays unfrozen long enough for it to warm up in the coop!

That doesn't explain the warm oatmeal I cook them now and then... yer kiddin'... right?... our coop is open to the East... the birds did just fine last nite... the roost huddled together up on their perches... they were ravenous this mornin'... they're on double rations due to the cold and the snow...
