It's actually more salty than it is spicy...I kinda wish they made another mix without so much salt.
But it's good for meats...chicken and pork, especially. I rub on some and let the meat sit for awhile before cooking it - pan fried the pork tonight. I didn't use enough this time, though...last time I used too much and everything was just a bit too salty. I'll have to try adding some of my own spices, I guess!
