the new neighbors just moved here from Atlanta...Sounds like people who bought dumb, untrained, aggressive dogs for "protection" in the city. Now neither the dogs nor the people can figure out how to live in the country.
the dogs have a pen... but there's a gap in it... they don't think their dogs would leave the pen... (in a pig's eye...) my wife told them they need to fix the pen...
