Sesame Street runs a close second, if not first.

No - believe me, Teletubbies is wayyyy worse! I actually remember SOME funny songs and stories on Sesame Street, though the more recent episodes I've seen (it's been years, but...) WERE pretty annoying. Still pale in comparison to...that other show.

Barney ranks above Sesame Street, too, I'd say. Especially the ones with Baby Bop.

Your just lucky you don't remember Howdy Doody and Clara Bell, and all them. Even as a kid, when they were on, I hated them.

Come to think of it, Rocky and Bullwinkle drove me crazy, too.

OTOH, for kid's stuff, as a kid, I loved the Little Rascals and the 3 Stooges, in fact, still like them.
