Hey, do you cut your wings into pieces or keep them whole? Do I just cut off and discard the nubbins before cooking?
do you cut your wings into pieces or keep them whole? I cut them up...they're easier to dip that way. Also, I collect the nubbins in the freezer and use 'em to make chicken stock.
