You know, I've stumbled on to something...

You know every winter how Joshua's poor skin just gets so chapped and red if I don't apply lotion to him? Especially his face, will just look blistered.

Well, you know I've been giving him occassional oatmeal bath treatments, bathing him with Aveeno soap and then putting the Walmart equivalent to Aveeno lotion on him, especially his face. His precious face just got to feeling like a cotton ball! So soft and smooth!

So I thought "hmmmm...." and I thought I might try it on my own face! You know, I don't wear make-up and my only skin care that I do is washing with soap and water and a good exfoliating a couple of times a week with St. Ives Apricot Scrub. So, I tried it "lightly" and it's really very nice. It feels like my face has powder on it, not oily at all (which I can't stand!)

We'll see...the test will be if it breaks me out.

2J,

Do you use a humidifier in the house, or in his room? The extra moisture in the air really helped me when we were living in the condo and had electric heat. It got VEY dry in the house, especially in winter, and the humidifier worked wonders.
