Oh, and I found you can get a smoked effect if you take a packet of aluminum foil and punch holes in the top, filled with wood chips and then sat directly on top of the burner.
The ham will be cooked using indirect heat on the Road Grill...

That sounds better than using Liquid Smoke. Too much LS can ruin your whole meal.
