Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Yes - it's not as good as the books, of course...half the fun of the books is the language, and a lot of that gets lost in the translation. But it's still very entertaining.

btw... we need tuh roast AudioVox's chestnuts over an open fire...
Yeah! What would be the best idea there. Just everyone write letters? Or something else? Phone calls? Both?

Oh yeah! I have over 200 episodes of The Simpsons downloaded. Unfortunately, most are in DivX format, which won't play on DVD players.
To: Corin Stormhands
You sure that's how that phrase goes?
Well, colder parts have been spoken of, I'm sure. Just not that cold here yet.

Okay, gentlebeings: what is the model name and number of the device we're about to diss? Do we have a serial number, or range of serial numbers? We can't just call up and blast 'em without some solid information.
AudioVox contact information:
General Customer Service: 1-800-645-4994 (for non PDA/Telephone devices)
Fax: 1-631-434-3995
Address: 150 Marcus Boulevard, Hauppauge, New York 11788 USA

Right now I just watch them on the computer. My video card has a TV output, so I am thinking of running a cable over to the TV to watch stuff.

Good work Rose! I think if we can get all the details, we should post it as a thread.

One thing that Jess did for the first few months after her Grandma's passing, which really helped, was to write "letters" to her in her Journal.
Jess has on and off kept a journal for years, but she found that addressing the journal entries to her Grandma, and writing as if she was talking directly to her, really helped her out a lot.

Got them here at work today too.
I'm telling ya, I think these worms and viruses are created by IT guys trying to prove to their employers that they're still needed...lol

I love the holiday season! Sign me up.I just got another email from Steve, he's signed up on FR as smaagee. I gave him directions on how to find us here. Some of you might want to freepmail him, and leave a trail of breadcrumbs to this place.
Whether it's radios, body armor, or armored humvees, the "rut cause" problem is the same. Production rates were set for peacetime needs, and stretched out for many years. A "crash" program takes about two years to get up to full speed, if the money can be found. And for this, we have the highest tax burden in American history?

What you just received is headed this way tonight.
I'm already planning on not being at work tomorrow.

I liked Fight Club too. And Brd Pitt is a good actor. Not great but very good, IMO. So easy to watch him acting too. My daughter has had a thing for him for a while. I started appreciating his acting when he did the vampire thing. Good acting in that I thought.

What you just received is headed this way tonight. It's started melting here. From what I can tell from the webcams, the highways are nearly clear....I say "nearly" because they're probably covered with black ice. So I should be able to get to my house (in Chapel Hill) with only some ice driving on 1-2 miles.

Shhhh! Don't sound so optimistic! I want to milk this storm for all it's worth! lol

Think I've already gotten my money's worth from this storm. :)
