Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Where Many Paths and Errands Meet...
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

"we decided to take the earlier train home" I don't blame you. Doesn't it drive you crazy that they tore down the original Penn Station and replaced it with the current rats' maze.

Do you know how to tell if there's sharks in the water?

Afternoon all, still stick, but no one is tolling a bell yet; :-)
RMD: that 'land shark' always cracks me up.
Corin: Sam types pretty well, actually. Good looking lab. (but is there any other kind?)
Hair & ecurbh: great job on the Entmoot Gallery. Easy to use and doesn't take long to load. Between dial up and webtv that's important.
Trini; congrats on the permanent residency.
To: RMDupree
Oh well. My nap has been... delayed.
Hair is workin on a project in Photoshop, and needs my expert tutelage.
To: ecurbh
Are Corin's sandals involved in this process? *smiling wickedly*

Yeah, that's exactly right :-) Didn't remember you standing there when I told that one.
It's reasonably true, though, IMO, although there are some areas where there are more sharks than others, like the reefs at Bimini and the Berry Islands, and apparently, the beaches in Dade County. I've seen as many around Cape Sable in the Everglades as anywhere.
Cool that Trini has her residency.

I haven't seen the
The Hobbit in a long, long time. Now I know why. Groan.....in some places, I just totally lost it laughing...when the goblins chased the dwarfs and Bilbo up the trees, the song was just hilarious..
ALL songs were hilarious!
Yea, the New England Patriots goin' to the Superbowl!!

Cape Sable, where the Everglades meet the Gulf of Mexico, in the 1920's. The shimmer on the water lets me know that it's fairly early morning, as the sun rises to the left of the view. It still looks the same, only there's less people now. Very good fishing there, and lots of sharks and stuff.
Part of the national park now, with a bunch of nosy bureaucrats in charge, but still beautiful.

Patriots in the Super Bowl. That's weird. Did they manage that in the Plunkett days?
