If Rush wants to keep a secret, he's certainly letting clues out.

Also, someone asked him about his cat about 10 days ago. He said no word about Marta in that time, and he even mentioned one cat (Punkin?) as HIS cat, stressing the ownership by himself only of one of the cats.

He just mentioned the "lovely and gracious Marta" TWICE.

Maybe this means all is well, and Rush was just brain-blinking since his return.
