The best leftovers I've ever had were after visiting a college friend's family in Tennessee. Her mother packed us food for the trip back to school. She made turkey sandwiches on english muffins spread with butter and mayo. Before I ate it I didn't know if I could get it down, the thought of butter and mayo didn't seem too tasty. Then I tried it and loooved it. I spent the rest of the time trying to figure out how to talk the other girls out of theirs! LOL

Hey .... all this talk about food is making me hungry. Guess I'd better go fix a quick snack. Mr JA will probably come in soon looking for something to eat and accuse me of being on the computer all morning. LOL
