Well, it is true that there are more politicians in officer's uniform than soldiers now.
And people (my age or so) now-adays honestly cannot handle stress too well.
They don't know how.
They've always had computers, MTV, cd players, and microwaves.
They've been taught that proper self esteem is looking out for yourself and how you feel about something, that no-one else really matters except your own feelings.
Toss one of these guys in uniform, and put mild stress on him, and he will crack.
