Lawd have mercy...I'm taking a break from wrapping Christmas presents. All my life, I always sat on the floor to do so. This afternoon, I could not get up because my knees had stiffened up. I literally had to scoot over to my chair to pull up.

I guess it is time for the Ben Gay, industrial strength. I wonder if everything is going to fall apart on me at the same time. LOL
