On another thread, there were pics of the video with the caption that read "doctor examining mouth for cynide teeth". What could this mean?

Secret agents / spies who are caught on the job in other countries are expected to commit suicide with a supplied cyanide source before they can be interrogated and betray their accomplices as a matter of honor. I guess they thought perhaps Saddam would do that, too --- but NO! Not that coward! He's gonna betray everyone to save his own skin.
