Some interesting little tidbits from Cunards website:

Cunard Line’s spectacular Queen Mary 2 left Southampton today at around 6:30 pm (local time) on her Maiden Voyage amid fireworks, cheering well wishers and fireboats spewing water into the sky. The 14-day voyage to North America will call at Madeira, Tenerife and Las Palmas in the Canary Islands and Barbados and St. Thomas in the Caribbean before arriving at Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on January 26.

When will QM2 and QE2 be in Southampton at the same time? QM2 and QE2 will arrive together from New York on 1 May 2004. Both are scheduled to berth at 0700 hrs.
