I thought there would be no hope in reading all of the text until I stumbled upon what appears to be the original, full-sized jpeg. You can download a copy of it with the link below. I've seen it but the text was too small and when I enlarged it was too grainy. I was going to look for a larger image when I got the chance. I'll take a look at it now. Be right back in a few with a translation.
