I find it hard to buy the prepositioned nukes theory.

If they had 'em, they'd use 'em.

What I do believe is that we have stopped ongoing dirty or 'suitcase' nuke bomb attacks...yes, west coast and east.

Yeah, if they were of a western mindset but OBL and his ilk have a different perspective on time management as we have seen in the prior attacks. To be patient over years in waiting for the right moment to attack is machismo and intelligent in their view.

And if they do attack again I hope we take a decidedly western approach and blast them to Pluto.
