The LDS Church (Mormon) has published good survival information.

Now, I'm not Mormon, and I don't wish to offend anyone by suggesting this source of information. I think that such preparation materials are universally applicable to everyone.

If you do a google search for: NurseHealer.com and follow the links, it will take you to a collection of newsletter on survival and use of dehydrated foods. A very good site.

There are several groups at yahoo groups that are LDS based and have good info.
