My thought, "that is the way the Norovirus is being served on the ships and large groups". Could be in the ice or the juice.
In the casinos, the common ingredients for drinks come through hoses, from the basement, they punch a button and get coke or vodka, very little in large volume bars comes from bottles.
In the strange pictures that were posted, of the Luxor hotel and the plane, that was simple, the Egypt air crash last week, showed the Luxor town site on almost the first map that a FReeper posted on the crash thread.
I am not sure if the red drink was the third picture?

Good point. Anyone who has spent any time in the third world knows never to have ice in anything. If the water isn't naturally poisoned, it's likely to have additives.
