Sadly, I must disagree. The Port of Seattle and all of Puget Sound are almost impossible to defend against sneaky terrorists. Ashcroft and Ridge were out here not long ago wringing their hands. The port, M'soft, Boeing are very attractive targets, and we've debated the danger to ferries here before. 3000 possible victims at rush hour, no need for expensive planning and coordination and boarding planes with hard-to-conceal boxcutters. Just drive onto a ferry with a trunkload of explosives and either bang! or a hostage nightmare. But I think this message refers to WA D.C.
