After losing so much on 09-11 I found myself worrying constantly about everything. Every bridge I drove over, every train or subway became a torture for me.

Then I realized (with a lot of prayer and help from God) that I was allowing myself to be terrorized.

Life here is short. I'm not letting demons sap my joy.
If we do, they win.

Your thoughts lend me comfort. Thank you for that. I have always felt rather isolated from all the terror opportunities in our nation because of where I live.... literally in the shadow of Mt. Rushmore. But terrorism has long tentacles, and isolation is no guarantee of safety anymore.....anywhere.
