Very true. They gave me the third degree when I traveled there for business. It was easier to get into the US than into Canada- and this was after 9-11. I think that the Canadian gov't has something against Americans.

I really don't know what border in particular you guys were talking about, but when I went into the US from Canada, the customs building was on the US side, the office had an American flag outside, and the border patrol people were Americans.

If people are coming into the US from Canada, YOUR country has to decide who can come in and who get's sent back...

And I must add they did a fine job, keeping me and my brother in the building while they searched his car inside and out, sniffing my pants and such for an hour and a half..
