"Alhaam hu Akhbar" is a "decree or order of Allah" to overthrow the infidels through murder, suicide, and any method possible.

MY God is bigger and stronger than some dead guy. Yeah, they may try to hurt us, and may succeed in ACTUALLY hurting some of us...but not for eternity.

I'd ALSO NOT WANT a "god" I could issue a decree to or order around. 'specially since he's just flat out a dead guy anyway.
