Also the "hand" seems to be coming out from the exact spot where the borders of Saudi, Yemen and Oman meet, if that has any significance.

Thanks Sender, I can see it now. The Red Sea looked green on my monitor and I thought that Egypt and the bottom right corner were both water. Guess it's time for a new monitor.
