This is a new addition I notice in his past few posts. The #19 sticks out as it is an ominous # for the organization (19 9/11 Hijackers). I am still researching it, but 19 is a very important number in the Quran. I wonder if these three 19's indicate 3 cells which are to be activated or were activated on the 23rd?

This was my thought also. I was wondering when Daleel might post another message, so I sent a message this morning (10:04 a.m.) saying that the 23rd had passed without any action. He then posted 'warning #3' 30 minutes later. Coincidence? Daleel is just a crack-pot like that EOM character.
