Sorry, I missed it. For psychological effect Time Square on New Year's Eve and the Rose Bowl and/or Rose Parade on New Year's day are hard to beat.
Considering AQ's desire for simultaneous attacks, those attacks wouldn't rule out nuke in Washington DC and other attacks.
