That is one of those documents that scares the heck out of me. It is basically a terrorist training manual. I've glanced at it and so far I don't see any maps specifically of US cities, but there are some other pretty graphic plans in there. It is sometimes frightening the information that is available on the internet. I haven't gone through the entire document - I don't translate that quickly - but I don't see anything new in it that would relate to the current alert. Scary stuff though.

I started to get an idea that this was some kind of harmless report on the 'insurgency' in Iraq - Filename is Jihad_ency.zip. Since it is in PDF format and contains many different fonts the formatting is all messed up by the time I get it into a form that I can run through Tarjim - I get nothing but gibberish when I try running it through a machine translation. It is also interesting that the document is 720 pages which is in line with Daleel's 700 page word document which I still have not been able to download. I actually sent a message to Daleel and asked him to post it to a site with more bandwidth, he replied asking me if I could host the file for him. I haven't responded, I don't need that kind of attention from the feds. ;) Now I am wondering if I should pull it off my website.
