Steak and roast is me. :) Even had a hamburger, Saturday afternoon, at the Lake. Was wonderful. Yum.

I live east, not that far from the Mad Cow locale and have a freezer full of beef. We are using it up bit by bit and plan to continue to do so. Had sloppy joes, tacos and chili from the most recent package. Like the thread we are on, we cannot be paranoid about our day-to-day lives. Our burger meat is from sirloin meat. Like you said, yummy.
