I live in North Carolina. I thought that since I lived in a small town that I was somewhat immune to these threats. However, I have realized that there are supposedly several "sleeper cells" in close proximity to where I live. Also, there is a nuclear power plant close to me also. Go figure! I guess that you are not safe anywhere...not even in a small rural town. :(
