Sometime ago I read that originally the 9/11 attack was planned to be a much larger attack- including, if I remember correctly, over 11 flights and including the West coast.
Some thoughts: I think that once they fail to strike a designated target, they will return to it at a future date.
So I'd guess DC- esp. White House- is a given.

I'd guess from all their blathering that they do intend to pull off multiple, simultaneous attacks. I'm guessing that they want to strike with bio/chem and nuke/radiation weapons. Not only targets in the United States, but targets in Britain, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq. And not just with planes.
(Has there been any followup on that Fox report that chemical warheads had been slipped into Iraq)?

I think your right on about the WH. I don't think AQ is going to quit until it's dust or they're dust.

Thanks for reminding me that the AQ threat is global. I tend to forget that.

Haven't heard anymore reports about the chem warheads in Iraq.
