Thanks for that quote. I had not read that, or had not remembered it. It seems plausible that some Russian black market group, or unpaid Russian nuke plant worker would do such a thing. Let's hope that whatever they might have are nothing but duds.

That's what I'm thinking. Didn't OBL take credit for defeating Russia in Afghanistan or something along those lines? I can't really see them giving them nukes after that, even with the intent to use them against America so I can kinda see Russia screwing them in the deal. I hope they're duds as well. If they even have them, that is.
