No, I hadn't thought of his as being dead before, but this could be to show his death, as a done thing, or that he is ready to die for his allah.

He did tell us that he was going to die in the belly of the eagle or beast.

The square item, could be a metal box, looks to me like women sitting or kneeling, could be Victorian Ladies or muslim ladies in burquas.

The red thing in the lower left, my first thought was a police/emergency flasher.

It could be a "contained" explosion. If so, then it is a big threat, of a bomb in some thing, nuclear, or even in a tank (gas).

For some reason, I associate "contained" with a nuclear blast, but I don't know where I got that tidbit of info from.

Before my eyes got bad, I had about 50 years of reading a book a day more or less, so have many 'odd things' fiction and non-fiction floating in my mind. I cannot read books at all now.
