It is Diesel that is used with the fertilizer to make an explosive, Bill used it on mining claims, years ago.

Didn't Jeremy Reynald's group receive something suspicious in the mail, and the FBI declined to get involved? If I recall, one envelope had sawdust or wood chips, and the other envelope contained some type of soil?
