Could this be camouflaged to appear as an ordinary (& safe) computer "thingy" & actually be a component that could be used to assemble something in an airplane restroom?

No. I use these things daily. They change numbers randomly. There is no electrical output to wire into a detonation device, nor any way to predict what number will come up every 60 seconds.

This was an overreaction, but I'd rather have that than dead people.
