The way I remember it since the two were over 18 at the time (but not old enough to drink) there isn't much a parent can do when they're 18 except... to yank the money to which they both are beholding to their parents to pay for school.
There was probably a conversation something along the lines of, "If you ladies would like to continue your college education at your parents expense, you'd best clean up your act, asap."
Funny how things straightened up rather quickly dontcha think?
The trick to teenagers is to remind them we as parents have no more control over them, if they want to be wild and get into trouble that's their responsibility. If they want to do adult things then they have to be adults and take care of themselves.
And something tells me any trust funds won't be released until they're about 30 years old.
