Didn't mean to offend:') I havn't traveled to Wa. Closest I've been is Idaho. I was talking to someone from rural NY awhile back. I was surprised because when I think of NY I think of NYC. What did you visualize of Texas before visiting?

I've seen most of the places Westy posts pics of and they're nice.

I thought Texas would be nicer before I visited. My daughter lives in San Antonio and we've been to Dallas, Houston, Galveston and Mission besides San Antonio. Nice to visit in the winter but much prefer it here. Lots of people I respect like it there, so let's just say I'm not going to dwell on those things I didn't like.
