No, we didn't go home last year either. It's awful traveling on the holidays, and we will stay put again this year.

The family is so big now, that it's hard for us all to get together, and some of the kids have to go to other parents, etc. You know how it is..

Plus.. I don't get sick anymore.. It's been over a year since I had a cold. Winter at home with all the school kids is deadly..and I was coming back to Fl and being sick for a month.. Can't take that anymore. :(

I'm glad you aren't sick anymore. I remember how rotten you would feel and still have all that work to do. Your kitchen was just beautiful, year before last. I look forward to seeing the photos this year. Your Summer home photos rock, too.
