I must attend rehab in the mornings and afternoon all this week. Made me think of you. You know, your shoulder and all. LOL. How are your shoulders, btw?

I have full mobility, and no pain, but it will take another year to rebuild the atrophied muscles in the right and the left will probably never be very strong.
