Get Rubio down there and lock up trade; get rid of the dependence on China.
Praying he does this to help these people.

Hmmmm. Fujimori died in 2024.
Oh, the daughter.
The biggest prize down there is Brazil, as long as Lula is in power and cozying up to China things are unsettled.
Democrats When President Trump Defunded USAID Financial Support of Leftist Politicians Worldwide
From my experience and knowledge, USAID overwhelmingly funded liberal causes and depleted US coffers. We pushed abortion and so much else that tore down already drug-tattered societies.
We only used it to help overwhelmingly bad causes and bad people.
These nonprofits created huge network of leftists groups.
If you are good in Czech, there is a long discussion about the largest Czech nonprofit “Man in distress”.
On one hand it spends money doing “good works” in poor countries, but on the other hand actually spends most of its money on leftist lobbying, training leftist activists and seeding new leftist organizations.
It actually spun off about 800 new leftist organizations!
Funded mostly by USAID and its EU equivalent!
It is mind boggling where your taxpayers money went!
And with Lula in power, what are the chances of the son of Bolsonaro winning in a free and fair election?
Think California.
Now, about closer to home.......
What do you mean “far”?
GREAT
It’s going to be really difficult if not impossible to defeat Lula or his successor.
See post 5.
Its in quotes.
“Far right” generally just means “normal”.
Sounds like a good idea to me.
