Well I am glad this has happened, it sure took a long enough time… Long enough for all of these records to have been burned. The feds ain’t gonna find squat
If they have no documentation the fraud case will be easy. Show us the children you cared for. The defendants cannot reasonably assert they don’t know any of the children’s names. The payment records exist in Governmnet & state files so the onus is on the fraudster to defend their billing history.
“Destroying evidence, accidental or purposeful known as spoliation, can lead to severe legal penalties including criminal charges (up to 20 years in federal prison), civil lawsuits, heavy fines, and the loss of a case.”
Unfortunately the corrupt & partisan judges in democrat strongholds are all set to slap wrists gently. The most beneficial outcome will be eliminating to path for future fraud.
Walz is touting this as a Stare/Fed operation
“If you commit fraud in Minnesota you’re going to get caught — and that’s exactly what we saw today. We catch criminals when state and federal agencies share information. Joint investigations work, and securing justice depends on it,” he wrote.
No state LEO involved. He’s such a liar
