Maduro Pleads Not Guilty on Drug Trafficking Charges

A defiant Nicolás Maduro declared himself the “president of my country” as he protested his capture and pleaded not guilty on Monday to the federal drug trafficking charges that the Trump administration used to justify removing him from power.

“I was captured,” Maduro said in Spanish as translated by a courtroom reporter before being cut off by the judge. Asked later for his plea to the charges, he stated: "“I’m innocent. I am not guilty. I am a decent man, the president of my country.”

The courtroom appearance, Maduro's first since he and his wife, Cilia Flores, were seized from their home in a stunning middle-of-the-night military operation, kick-starts the U.S. government’s most consequential prosecution in decades of a foreign head of state.

Let’s see......

Will “Judge” Boasberg temporarily step down from the bench and be the “Public Defender” for Maduro?

One big reason this is in civilian court, and one in NY no less, is to expose compromised and corrupt courts/judges.

The charge is all about trafficking (all kinds, drugs, humans), but the real outcome will be exposure of election fraud, leading to the complete exposure of the 2020 Stolen Election (return the diamonds!).

Just keep in mind that Smartmatic/Dominion are tied to Venezuela, the CIA, and stolen elections around the world.

There is more to this than just Maduro and drugs!

The Clinton Mummy, who was “randomly selected” will kick this case out. These judges want Trump humiliated and will do everything in their power to do it.

“I am a decent man”

Al Capone was a decent man in that he cultivated a complex public image as a philanthropist providing food and support to the poor during the Depression, leading some to see him as a “Robin Hood” figure, while also being a devoted family man to his wife and son.

Charitable Acts: He ran soup kitchens during the Depression, feeding thousands, and was seen by some as doing more for the poor than the government.

Family Man: Described as a loving husband and father, his family remembers him fondly as a devoted patriarch.

Public Persona: He was gregarious, provided services (illegal liquor) that many wanted, and projected an image of satisfying public demand.

However he was also ruthless:

Ruthless Violence: He was responsible for brutal gang warfare, including ordering hits and orchestrating massacres like the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre, though never convicted for murder.

Major Criminal: He ran massive illegal operations and was ultimately brought down by tax evasion charges, not his violent crimes.

Public Fear: While some benefited, others feared him, and his ruthlessness against rivals was well-known.

See a correlation here? Probably the worst criminal in our history, painted a good picture and was worshipped by many. A couple of others were Adolph Hitler and Benito Mussolini. Seems to be a pattern.

Maduro will probably be able to sway the NY jurors away from convicting him of crimes.

I heard that the Russians are going to kidnap our ally Zelensky and his wife now for illegal possession of cocaine and other charges They will try him in the Southern District Court of Moscow. Looks like an open and shut case.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also they are investigating the Cocaine that was found in the White House in 2023 as a drug trafficking operation. Choppers could be flying in at any time.

In the background, his lawyer is preparing a proffer to the AG. The only deal he’ll get is “all or nothing.”
