One man in his 20s blew open a nationwide scandal exposing how criminals stole billions of dollars from taxpayers. A week after the scandal broke, newspapers in Minnesota won't cover the story that has hit international headlines.
More than 79 million people have seen a story that newspapers in Minnesota have refused to cover.
But thanks to Elon Musk buying Twitter, now X, anyone with a camera can do the job that many media outlets won’t. And content creators can reach more people than a single newspaper.
Meanwhile, Gov. Tim Walz has downplayed the scandal and blamed it on the Trump administration.
The nation has watched the estimated fraud in Minnesota grow from $14 million via a program meant to help autistic kids, to $250 million via the Feeding Our Future scheme, to $1 billion, and now to now $9 billion.

MN media is all in for democrats and will not report on anything that makes them look bad.
Keep in mind that they are at around $9 billion in fraud in one community, in one city, in one state, and they are just getting started there. I believe there is so much more to be found. Medicare fraud, food stamp fraud, etc. This amount of fraud makes the pallets of cash that Obama sent to Iran look tiny in comparison.
We are just throwing money at whoever wants it without any real scrutiny and nobody cares. Much like Hunter Biden and father it will all be forgotten about and only small people will go to jail.

Following a viral investigative report by independent journalist Nick Shirley on the Somali community fraud in Minneapolis, Minnesota, FBI Director Kash Patel announces a surge in FBI resources to the region to follow-up.
“The FBI is aware of recent social media reports in Minnesota. However, even before the public conversation escalated online, the FBI had surged personnel and investigative resources to Minnesota to dismantle large-scale fraud schemes exploiting federal programs. Fraud that steals from taxpayers and robs vulnerable children will remain a top FBI priority in Minnesota and nationwide.
To date, the FBI dismantled a $250 million fraud scheme that stole federal food aid meant for vulnerable children during COVID. The investigation exposed sham vendors, shell companies, and large-scale money laundering tied to the Feeding Our Future network.
The case led to 78 indictments and 57 convictions. Defendants included Abdiwahab Ahmed Mohamud, Ahmed Ali, Hussein Farah, Abdullahe Nur Jesow, Asha Farhan Hassan, Ousman Camara, and Abdirashid Bixi Dool, each charged for roles ranging from wire fraud to money laundering and conspiracy.
These criminals didn’t just engaged in historic fraud, but tried to subvert justice as well. Abdimajid Mohamed Nur and others were charged for attempting to bribe a juror with $120,000 in cash. Those responsible pleaded guilty and were sentenced, including a 10-year prison term and nearly $48 million in restitution in related cases.
The FBI believes this is just the tip of a very large iceberg. We will continue to follow the money and protect children, and this investigation very much remains ongoing.
Furthermore, many are also being referred to immigrations officials for possible further denaturalization and deportation proceedings where eligible.” (read more)
Generally speaking, the FBI doesn’t usually activate unless the issue at hand begins to become a risk or threat to Washington DC.
The FBI usually acts as a proactive defense mechanism for the interests of federal government.

I do not doubt it. I have been saying that the Somalia fraud is just a small part of one city in Minnesota. They are just getting started finding the fraud that exist out there.
Instead of getting it under control, they want to add more programs like guaranteed income, medicare for all, reparations, etc. The fraud will only grow with more programs to scam.
