Pope Leo needs to have a serious conversation with Brigitte Gabriel.
When he started there was at best a mixed bag of signals. A few glimmers of hope. Those are now pretty much buried. The only thing left to discuss is how much worse this guy is going to turn out to be compared to Frankie.

Is Pope Leo suggesting that Europe prepare to live under the “Lebanon Model”? That Europe accept a minority role for Christians, to be ruled by Hezbollah, Hamas and ISIS, and live under Islamic law?
I can’t imagine how Lebanese Christians must have felt hearing that the head of the Catholic Church believes their life under the boot of terrorists is a “Model” for other Christians.

To which I’d add: Awhile back I did a rough calculation. Based on its size Vatican City can easily take in 2500 immigrants. And of course the Church has the money to feed, cloth, and house them all.
So how many immigrants has Vatican City taken in?
I’m guessing it’s around zero.
Conclusion: The popes are all filthy hypocrites.
These days the Catholic church has become The Great NGO In The Sky trying to create a politically correct heaven on earth social welfare system based on redistribution of a mix of parishioners and taxpayer money
The last two Popes rarely mention Jesus and when they do it seems to be primarily to admonish skeptical traditional Christians that Jesus would have approved of their brave new direction for the church and that traditional Christians need to get with the program and stop being racist, selfish, fundamentalist, traditionalist, non progressive, reactionary, judgmental, non ecumenical, hurtful, bigoted, homophonic, Islamophobic and a long list of other bad things
