Mental Issues
The consequences of decades of de facto “amnesty” are (1) the moral decline of not recognizing the distinction between legal and illegal, (2) the built up tolerance for disrespect for the law, (3) and the crisis atmosphere seen by finally trying to counter those mistakes.
The empathy so many feel for the long term illegals does not change the immorality of that empathy towards all the legal immigrants and how their rights legally obtained are made out to be as if for nothing.

There is no Constitutional right to education. There is only legal “rights” as by Congress’s legislative powers and being upheld by the Supreme Court. And it is far from free.

And if they’re being taught in Spanish, then what language are the English speaking American kids being taught in? Or are they expected to learn Spanish because of a bunch of illegals?
