Trump Pardons Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Others

President Donald Trump has pardoned his former personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, his former chief of staff Mark Meadows and others, according to a Justice Department official.

Ed Martin, the government's pardon attorney, posted on X a signed proclamation of the "full, complete, and unconditional" pardon, which also names conservative attorneys Sidney Powell and John Eastman.

The document "includes, but is not limited to" 77 people.

It says the pardon does not apply to Trump.

Trump, in the proclamation dated Friday, said the move would end "a grave national injustice" and "continue the process of national reconciliation."

Presidential pardons only apply to federal crimes and none of the allies were charged in federal cases.

“Hi Megan, how’s the Doxxing business going?”

Pretty good really. I’ve been using AI to do writing analysis lately and while it remains a work-in-progress I’ve successfully identified six pro-Russian individuals connecting them to multiple social media accounts/identities across numerous platforms.

To my knowledge one of them has been picked up by law enforcement and I did a deposition in August on how I identified the person using AI and open source intelligence (all quite legal).

The more a person writes the easier it is to identify them.

Thanks for asking!

How are things going for you? Obviously you’re unaffected by the current purges in Moscow and that’s a good thing.

Do you think Lavrov will fall out a window, get shot in the back of the head, or will he unexpectedly die of ‘natural causes’?

Myself, I’m hoping nothing too bad happens to Dmitry Peskov just because he’s kind of cute and that’s pretty special as far as Russian men go. Most of them look dreadfully inbred to me.

Well, this was nice. Hope you have a nice day wherever you are.

Megan

“WTH is WRONG with you?”

I like the Constitution and I object to the notion that rights enumerated in the Constitution are voided at the will and whim of those who have badges.

The fact that really nailed Chauvin was that he could not justify holding his knee on Floyd’s neck during the three to four minutes in which Floyd was already dead.

“Do you have a problem with an LEO looking out for this own safety?”

Explain to me what threat to officer safety was posed by a handcuffed dead man?

Thanks.

Floyd wasn’t dead until the trip to the hospital. (But nice try.) A living handcuffed criminal high on drugs can have super-human strength and, therefore, dangerous.

What enumerated rights were violated?

I just want to take time to congratulate George Floyd on five years of sobriety.

She was never convicted of a Federal offense.

There was a Federal civil rights conviction which he could pardon. His two state convictions would not be affected.

“I just want to take time to congratulate George Floyd on five years of sobriety.”

LOL! How-EV-er, he could be as drunk as a skunk 24/7/infinity down there in Hell where he now resides.

It’s sad that he lived as long as he did here on earth, considering the level of evil, and the number of of lived here ruined.

Tempted and tried we’re oft made to wonder
Why it should be thus all the day long
While there are others living about us
Never molested though in the wrong

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_George_Floyd

“By 8:25, Floyd appeared unconscious, and bystanders confronted the officers about his condition. Chauvin pulled out mace to keep bystanders away as Thao moved between them and Chauvin.[91][92] Bystanders repeatedly yelled that Floyd was “not responsive right now” and urged the officers to check his pulse.[15]: 5:22 [67]: 6:53 [16] Kueng checked Floyd’s wrist but found no pulse;”

Floyd died on scene with Chauvin’s knee still on his neck.

His enumerated rights that were violated:

1. He was deprived of right to his life by the direct actions of Chauvin, and the inactions of Kueng, Lang, and Thao who did not intervene to prevent Chauvin from killing Floyd.

2. He was subject to unreasonable force.

3. He was deprived of due process.

4. He was deprived of his right to be free of deliberate indifference to his medical needs.

Disclaimer: I am not in any way defending George Floyd’s past or his actions that definitely contributed to his death.

I am however concerned that a police officer was so cravenly indifferent to the life of a man who was in his custody.

Matthew 25:40

You’re right. That amazing patriotic humanitarian peaceful law-abiding gem of a man should still be walking among us.

“Kueng checked Floyd’s wrist but found no pulse;”

In May my brother’s wife collapsed at home, and in spite of bro giving CPR until EMT arrived, EMT found no pulse. However, in the ambulance, she resuscitated and lived several more hours. Finding no pulse does not equal “dead”.

“Floyd appeared unconscious”

So? Maybe he was, and maybe he wasn’t. To whom did he appear unconscious? Bystanders? How many have healthcare certifications? Even if he “appeared unconscious”, that doesn’t mean dead.

“Chauvin pulled out mace to keep bystanders away”

He should’ve pulled out a weapon. Bystanders have no right to get in the way and they’re lucky he ONLY pulled out mace. “Obstruction Of Justice” is illegal.

“Floyd died on scene with Chauvin’s knee still on his neck.”

So you say. Professionals say he died in the ambulance.

Sorry to say, but if you or your family were to be the victim of violent crime, I would be OK with that. Taking the side of a literal MONSTER over someone doing his job to protect the innocent ... shameful.

Sorry MEGAN, but NO, he was a dead man walking from his Overdose and the coroner ruled that the knee did NOT cause his death. That was the railroad by Dems looking for an excuse to burn down the country. They actually changed the medical report and lied about the knee being an approved and trained procedure for officers controling suspects. He deserves to be free especially after one near death attack already in prison.... ymmv

I was unaware that the Constitution did not protect everyone.

I stand corrected.
