I thought he was near a record but found out differently:

Except this isn’t the local friendly town drunk sleeping it off while Sheriff Andy dutifully watches, or a hundred parking citations.
This is a nationwide crime epidemic of youthful offenders that our current ‘justice system’ is allowing to fester and grow unchecked.

Spanking? Seriously? Even though I agree with you, in this day and age that is serious child abuse. You do not hit children, shame them or do anything that might hurt their little feelings.
Those of us that grew up with corporal punishment and the dominant voice of a father telling us what’s right and wrong were far less apt to be criminals than the trash we have today as feral kids.
I wrote a “treatment” for a TV script about 30 years ago about a group of Gulf War patriots who began “taking out” urban/suburban criminals like these; the group included several members in government, local and federal police and intel agencies.
They arranged the hits to look like rival gang members activity, random drive-by or (some) self-defense shootings (the latter being more open to scrutiny and exposure), single vehicle accidents, suicide, OD, etc. One bit had a street-level sniper using a “De Lisle carbine” (suppressed .45 acp bolt-action rifle) to make hits on dealers/pimps. These guns (I owned one at the time) make little more noise than the trigger-sear disengaging and were being remanufactured by a company “Valkyrie Arms” back then (now, too, I think. I shared the concept with a high school friend who was an up and coming TV/film producer while at our 25th HS reunion; he got all kinds of excited about it, I spoke with some “people” at his office in LA in the weeks following the reunion and never heard back.
Wasn’t that I wanted credit so much as to get the idea out there in “the ether.”
Or another cultural grand-child of Lyndon Johnson and Patrick Daniel Moynihan....
